In Sept 2017 a Service Tech assessed that our Air Exchanger needed to be replaced as the parts were no longer available. He said that someone from Sales in the office would give us a quote for a new unit. We never heard back even after we followed up with a phone call. Finally in Feb 2018 ( 4-1/2 months later) we received an invoice for the service call in the mail. Seems like this lack of interest to respond or follow-up has been mentioned on several on-line reviews. Needless to say we ended up going with another company.
