I renovated my basement to include a small suite. This company is locally owned. The service was timely. The estimate was accurate. I was pleasantly surprised when less materials were required than estimated. I thought the rates were very fair and the work was consistently well done. I have since used this company several times, including a call in the middle of the night when my furnace quit working.

On a holiday long weekend, I got a flat tire with the nearest tire shop over 60 km's away. The tow truck driver was very courteous; he almost made me forget I was missing Thanksgiving supper with my family! He called when he was on his way to confirm my location. I felt the customer service was above-average.
