From the initial call with Adel to the cleaning by Dalton & Rafael, all professional, friendly & accommodating. Adel was able to schedule the cleaning on short notice which was greatly appreciated. Dalton & Rafael were punctual, explained what was being done & made a 10 year old sofa look brand new. I would definitely recommend them & will reach out to them next time I need something cleaned.
