HS Landcrafters installed an inground Viking pool, paver patio and a raised patio with a roof. Although his work is beautiful, HS Landcrafters does not stand behind their warranty work. They no longer return our phone calls or emails regarding warranty work on a pool remote that they picked up from us to replace. A replacement remote was suppose to be given to us in a week's time, but it has now been over 2 months and refuses to return our calls, emails or our original malfunctioning remote. Our biggest concern is that even though our Viking pool is suppose to have a 20 year surface warranty, and a lifetime structural warranty, we have no one to stand behind that warranty since HS Landcrafters does not stand behind their work.
