Always plug in items, and open box and inspect items you buy from this business. Recent item i bought was a food processor. Food processor in box was very old, dirty, plastic parts cracked and did not work at all, obviously this business had placed inferior product in box for quality food processor and sealed box in hopes of making quick sale. Have heard similar complaints about Hands auction service. Buyer beware!
