Thank you for the amazing work you did. My little building just went from drab to spectacular. It’s unbelievable that a change of paint and adding some simple trim and moldings could transform the atmosphere of an apartment building to such a degree. I don’t know why all landlords don’t see that keeping up their properties is only beneficial to them in the long run. Your crew were professional, competent and so easy to get along with. Again, thank you for taking my ideas of what the building could look like and making them a reality.
