Cleaned 15 ducts in my house in the predicted 90 minutes. Very pleasant and professional. No surprises or unexpected costs. I would have rated a 5 except they cancelled and rescheduled the night before because their truck had broken down, and I was unable to reach them on either number provided and couldn't even leave a voice mail. I was able to call back during business hours though. Minor inconvenience only.
