When we moved into our new home we purchased cable TV and wireless internet through shaw. They were out within that same week that we had called to order cable. The tech was extremely knowledgable and answered every question we asked. Everything was set up neatly, with little or no cords in sight. Along with doing a fantastic job on setting up our cable, the subject turned to our stove which was acting up. The tech offered to take a look and he was able to fix our stove as well, plus, he did not tack that onto our bill! We were so very grateful. Shaw Cable is a company with great customer service, and their sole intention is to make the customer happy, and in this case, they did their job to 200%!

The came in on a week day, so i was a little concerned about having to work. The workers were great with letting me know what time they would be there so i could let them in, they were extremely fast, and locked everything up after they were done. I was amazed at how courteous and trustworthy they were. The price was a little on the high end, but the service and quality made up for it. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family if they were looking to get floors done!
