Easy to make appointment and were kept informed with immediate confirmation. Technician was on time, very informative, professional and competent. Work was completed without delay and done well. Andrew kept us informed as he approached our house, was great throughout the worktime with no sense of rushing or trying to sell us anything. Received a notice asking how the appointment went within an hour. Will definitely use them again as needed!
