Warning! Do not use Active Appliance for your appliance repair. I would not recommend this organization. Sam came to inspect our dryer. It needed new rollers. Advised he would have to order the parts and it would take a week to arrive. Received a call 2 weeks later the parts arrived. We made a date to have the parts installed and Sam did not show. We made 4 other appointment dates and each time he did not show up to complete the repair. After several calls expressing our frustration the repair was completed. William C.
