Neil & Co. were a pleasure to deal with. We communicated though email to make the initial appointment, lay out the scope and the basic costs upfront, confirming over the phone shortly thereafter. They showed up right on time, walked us through their assessment of what the issues were, suggested two options, advising to go with the less expensive option (a rare no upsell). The work was done quickly, but thoroughly, all the while offering explanation as they progressed.
