We were very impressed with the work that Donaldson Heating and Air Conditioning did for us. Firstly, Jamie Donaldson came to our home to give us a quote and explained all of the options that we had in a way that we could understand and make an informed decision. That was something no other company did for us. Then, on the day of the work, our technicians showed up on time and worked hard for the entire day, doing everything needed to ensure that the system was installed correctly and safely. When the job was completed, they walked us through what they did, explained the new system in detail, and cleaned up all of the old equipment. We couldn't be happier with the work that Donaldson Heating and Air Conditioning did for us.
