Arranged for furnace and carpet cleaning deal that was offered. Technician arrived but had no water to do the carpet but did furnace and all ducts. Told my wife that he would reduce bill by $20. The original deal was $99 for carpet, furnace and 10 ducts bill was $277.00 and thankfully she turned down all the other options they offered Unable to get any satisfaction after many phone calls even though the company advised me that they would be back to complete the agreed upon work. two days later Now awaiting a call from the owner. This outfit is not a member of the 'Better Business Bureau and unless they learn something about customer service they never will be.
