Home fan in Vancouver

We hired Home Depot to put in tiling throughout the main floor, to give our home a Greek style look. The kitchen, dining room, entrance-way, powder room and living room were done - the entire main floor. We first had an estimate done by Home Depot, which seemed fine. However, when the layout was completed, everything was askew - the flooring was not straight! We complained to the company. Home Depot had the head technician (installer) come out to take a look. He agreed the job was not well done, and subsequently re-did the entire project. They undid all their work and started from scratch again. This time it was properly done. This was done at no cost to us. It turns out the issue originated from the original house flooring not being straight. We were happy Home Depot solved the issue, at no additional cost.
