It was a tricky job because there were not one but two layers of existing tar and gravel so it created extra work. There were also issues with wood rot and ventilation. The crew worked patiently with me so that all the issues were understood by me rather than pushing forward with their own construction schedule. They charget a fair price and did an outstanding job. They have pridebin their workmanship and I highly recommend them.
