3 installers arrived on time and went directly to work. Each had their part to play in the removal of the old equipment and installing the new furnace and accessories. All 3 of the installers were very cordial and professional, answering the many questions I put forth about the new heating system. When the installation was complete, they explained how the system operated and how to set the settings on the Wi-Fi thermostat. All the garbage was removed and the area cleaned up. They represented Service Experts in a manner that, spoke well of all the staff we we were in contact with, when we began the search for a new furnace. We were extremely pleased that we chose Service Experts and the products they represent.
