Doug came by on a weekend and was able to unclog the pipe within an hour with his heavy duty auger snake, the previous company couldn't do the job as his auger was almost breaking and not doing the job and advised me to use hot water pressure jetter and waste more money. Super satisfied with Roto rooter and would recommend to anyone
