I had engaged the services of another company. First they postponed the date without any discussion or explanation, then they showed up with an inadequate crew (one man and a truck - the rest were apparently AWOL) so I dismissed them and started the search anew. TTR were immediately responsive, gave me a fair price - more than the first company but less than others. They showed up with a crew of five, had the job done (a very tall oak tree) and everything cleaned up within about four hours. Lost some shrubs in the immediate vicinity but they had warned me ahead of time. Very pleasant, very professional and, above all VERY SAFETY CONSCIOUS.
