Had roofing repair work done with Peter a year ago. This year the roof started to leak again and we called Peter to come back and fix the problem. We made two appointments with him (which was set by him), but he never show up and he doesn't even bother to call and let us know he can't make it, wasted two days of our time. When we finally got a hold of him through e-mail he just keep on making excuses and not giving us straight answers. We eventually got tired of his poor communication and the major delays we decided to find other company. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! I would definitely not recommend hiring them for any work.

We do apologize for any delay or dissatisfaction it may have caused. This particular roof replacement was completed back in 2011 and your skylight leak isn't under our warranty as it wasn't replaced at the time.
However, We did respond to your calls and email of callback and did offer an appointment to see what the problem was. We only found out on the appointment day that you didn't want to wait and already had it resolved.
We do strive to provide the fastest service possible to all of our customers and please understand that service call may take a little longer than normal during our peak season if it isn't an emergency in nature. An extra patience is greatly appreciated as we stand behind all of our work.
