All the dealings between the structural engineer and the city was done by Adrian. Every step of the job - electrical, plumbing, even new hardwood was done by them, not subcontractors. He did the shopping of all the necessary materials, brought them home and gave us very good advice. This was a major renovation job done without any problems or delays.
