I met Brandon at the Home Show in Calgary back in January. We discussed replacing our front windows and he was extremely helpful in guiding us to choose the right windows for our needs. Brandon was the only vender at the show that seemed to really care and spent a great deal of time with us then as well coming to our home to take specs and gave us a very good quote for the service. The installation crew where exceptional, professional and very personal. They had our windows installed in no time and left the work area so clean you wouldn't think anything had been done. ( thanks Jerry ) I was also very pleasantly surprised by the follow-up from Lincoln, ensuring we where happy with the installation or if we had any concerns.
