Job done, for top dollar 'payments up front' - over 100K. Original landscape design and issues - NOT addressed/satisfactory - miss-communication??? Too many issues to mention but here are a few. Driveway pitted & never corrected from day one - blamed it on road salt even tho many other similar driveways are/were fine. According to other experts, concrete mix was to blame. Follow-up non existant after numerous calls and emails on their deaf ears. Never have encountered so many EXCUSES RUN-AROUND & PUT-OFFS. Didn't put proper expansion joint against house at path - hydro meter detached from wall $350 repair at my expense - hydro had to be turned off and meter reset and electrician hired. Gate shifted and doesn't close even after they TRIED to repair it - still the SAME. Porch completely disintegrated after 4 years and still not addressed after repair - same scenario happening again. Very disappointed in their ATTITUDE & customer service after the FACT! Just so disappointed and very COSTLY especially since my number one request was no-maintenance and that is ALL I have been doing since day one including inappropriate plantings that didn't survive where they were placed etc. etc. etc......
