Over the past 12 years, my company, The Real Estate Cafe, has consistently recommended USInspect for a number of reasons: (1) Their team, particularly Rob Amaral, are knowledge, friendly; (2) Their PDF reports are comprehensive and photo-document field conditions, and (3) their errors and omissions policy is more than enough to cover any thing they might miss. They are not the least expensive vendor in their category but their professionalism is worth the price.
