Our waste pipe backed up and flooded our carpeted basement. Kennedy Restoration came quickly and did a thorough clean-up and restoration. Couldn't have been better! No mold, no damp smell, no evidence that the carpet had been lifted, dried and relaid. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call.
