Custom house and repairs from flooding
We bought a custom built house that Jim had built. The quality of the materials and finishes were far better than any comparable houses at the time. You could tell that no corners were cut for profits or convenience. We had a little bit of flooding from an ice dam one winter and we only wanted Jim to do the repairs and prevention afterwards because we trusted him to do the best job. He was meticulous and returned everything to original quality. We would absolutely recommend him for renovations and new builds. He takes a lot of pride in his work and the quality that he delivers.
