Debbie Jacques was a big help throughout the process of arranging the install of our security system. Due to a prior break in, we wanted an immediate install. Debbie informed us that they were booking very far ahead already but to give her 20 minutes. Within those 20 minutes, she had arranged for one of the installer's to come in on his day off in order to better assist us. I cannot begin to describe how lovely it was to have such great customer service. I was impressed throughout the process with the professionalism and helpfulness of Security One. Would definitely recommend this company!
