Two drains to be rodded out. The company sent an apprentice who was not experienced. Could not remove the cleanout cap without cutting it off and then had nothing to replace it with. The service manager was not helpful and suggested the apprentice could go to a supplier and see what options to replace the cover at 75 dollars an hour. I finally figured out a fix using a combination of two different plugs and then charged was 4 times the cost for the parts. on top of that they charged 8 dollars foe a saw blade that was used. They should never send an apprentice they over charged for parts will not use them again, A big disappointment you never send an apprentice to do a journeyman's work.
