I needed all the windows in my house replaced and called Alex and his team. I also checked out a few other companies but I found Alex explained the features of the windows in the most detail and provided a good understanding of the product and how it will contribute to maintaining the temperature within the house. He also provided the most attractive pricing and I feel that the quality was superior to the other potential vendors being interviewed. On the day of installation everything went as planned, his team worked very hard and efficiently and we've been pleased with our new windows over the past year. Emergency bad leak and flooding. Came timely manner, sameday. Fixed the problem over the next 2 days, fixed an additional problem found in the process. Courteous, professional, patient, could have suggested interim procedures during the time of emergency start and finish.
