After having a long strings of e-mail and lenghty conversation with LG Customer care centre, i finally spoke to a very sensible person when Craig gave me a phone call to set up the pick of our TV set. Simple question and one piece of information, you'll know right away that he knows what he's doing. Craig Harrison is very professional in every way. He is kind, honest, a real gentleman and most of all, excellent knowledge of his job.
