We'd been trying for 2 years to get the central air replaced on our bungalow. Polar Dynamics made an extra effort to respond as soon as possible to our request for a quote coming out in the evening after work. Install was scheduled for that weekend and system was up and running that day. Work was clean and very well done. Representative was polite, well spoken, and followed up to make sure everything went well.
