Dean was thrilled to get our newly purchased, totally empty, god-awfully painted townhouse for 2 weeks before we even moved in. The pride Dean takes in his work is very justified. He goes above and beyond and ALWAYS finds a little something extra that is needed in your space, and adds it on for free (but don't go asking for it, it's not a buy one get one free. Just treat him right, and he'll do the same). For us it was to paint the stairs down to the basement. For another client, he replaced all the crappy light-switch plates. He patches, he plasters, he talks, he jokes, and he works his ASS off like nothing I've ever seen. You will definitely get your money's worth from him.
