Wow - I can't say enough good things about these guys. Prompt quote I received, with the work scheduled about a week later. I had a new skylight installed in an upstairs hallway and an existing fixed skylight replaced with a ventilating one. The workmanship was excellent - very minimal clean up - they took great care in covering the floors and carpet to protect against any damage from debris. Skylight was installed with no damage to ceiling - second day the well was drywalled and looks like the skylight has been there for years. The installer Richard even was kind enough to fix a broken floorboard in my bedroom without my asking! Both days they were at my home, Dan the general manager also came by to make sure everything was okay and that I understood all that would be going on and was happy with everything. I had purchased a replacement ventilating skylight from Rona, and Dan also wanted to show me how superior their skylights they manufacture were to the one I bought - metal frame vs. plastic and superior hinge mechanisms. I may be getting these guys back in a year or so to replace the Rona one if it doesn't hold up. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend Aluplex to anyone looking to have a new skylight installed or work done on an existing skylight. Thanks guys!
