Called Riteways about a tree that took a beating during a winter storm. I had hoped that it would come back, but after calling and having Randy out it was recommended it be removed. Not only did they remove it but Randy helped me buy another one and afterwards had his guys plant it for us . The price even after a few extras remained the same . I was pleasantly surprised with Randy's knowledge and great service . Would use them again in a heart beat
