Paid this company $12k to install new furnace and energy efficient wood insert. Improper installation of wood insert has left us with constant problems with fan. Had him come to fix. Did not resolve problem and continues to this day. Recently phoned him in panic to fix a/c and furnace fan blasting cold air when the system was supposed to be off. He never even had the decency to return my call!
