The team was extremely well organized and they were eager to collaborate in terms of design. The same team came each day and arrived on time. This was great in terms of developing rapport as well as ongoing communication. The lead hand was fantastic in terms of communication and double checking to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. If any modifications needed to be made due to unforseen circumstances we were able to collaborate in order to develop an amicable solution. Moreover, often times the owner (Kevin) was on site and worked with the team. This was also particularly reassuring for both ourselves and the team to see that he was willing to invest his own time and sweat equity to ensure things were completed according to the agreed upon plan and timeline.
