We had a small piece of hardwood that had been damaged and we needed fixed as we were listing our home. After getting quotes in excess of $1500 and multiple requests for a quote with no call back, my wife found Todd. He came over immediately to assess the situation, and told us that he could replace the hardwood (of which we still had a box unter the stairs.) His price for this - $250! We had Todd come over that week and were impressed with not only his workmanship, but his personality as well.
