We called B&B roofing about 6 weeks ago for a simple piece of fascia to be replaced. After 2 weeks of no call back to advise on what was going on, we called and were greeted by a receptionist. The receptionist was dismissive and non-nonchalant, always claiming she would call back (this never happened, not even once). Two more weeks go by and I finally get in touch with someone who says they are ready to put this simple piece of fascia on. I get home the next day and of course it isn't on. The piece got left beside our house because the installer didn't bring the right tools. I called, they gave me that excuse and said he would be back tomorrow. Fine. Get home the next day and of course it isn't fixed. I have to call them for another 2 weeks to see what's going on and I get nothing but attitude and excuses from their receptionist and installer. They tell me that they've made such a mess of this job so it's now free of charge and would be complete right away. That was a week ago... now they have just stopped answering their phones. Do yourself a favour and go to a reputable company.
