This contractor was hired to do a complete remodel including kitchen, bathrooms, floors and roof. He was extremely difficult to get in touch with and did not answer phone calls, emails or texts in a timely manner. Work was completed incorrectly and we ended up having to redo some of the work a year later. In addition, he left several projects unfinished. This was by far the worst home improvement experience we had and have since been MUCH more careful about contractors we hire. Oswald and Sons was just awful to work with and we would never recommend them to anyone else in the future.
