Rick treated my home as if it were his own - he always took care and cleaned up after himself. He was extremely knowledgable, took time for explanations to us and made sure the job was completely finished. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do (and more) and charged what he said he would. A great experience for us. Thank you Rick!

Yes, I never understand why some renovators think you have to trash someone's home. It all comes down to respect, every person that works for me is told to act like you are working in your Mom's house and she is watching you. It's a honour to be chosen by a client to be their contractor and I respect their trust. A good contractor can forsee potential problems and builds them into their price, I have yet to revise an estimate once the job has begun. The little extras I give back are my way of thanking you, so Thanks Patti it was a pleasure.
