I was quoted $1360 for a move from Ottawa to Nanaimo (small amount of things), I had a great experience on the Ottawa end with Select Movers, initial deposit of $200. When my items finally arrived in Nanaimo after I had paid the inflated invoice of $1743 in full by email transfer the men delivering extorted another $245 from me. They would not unload the truck until it was paid. Beware of this company, I was charged an additional $826 with a lot of damages to my property. V9G 1L3
