We first met Stan when he worked for another contractor doing work on our 1855 circa stone house in Prescott. Since then, after starting his own business, Stan has done many more renovations for us over the years. These included a bathroom, refinishing our stairs, replacing the roof on our stone shed with wood shingles, building a garden shed and an arbor. He just finished renovating our master bedroom and last fall replaced the old ten-test tile ceiling in our kitchen which is included in the above cost. It is obvious that his expertise has grown greatly over the years. He takes pains to make sure that the job is done correctly and to your specifications. We expect he will be doing more work on our house as our budget allows.
