Long story short - movers were rude and didnt respect my personal items! They tried to hide all the items they broke in the back of the room by stacking boxes in front of them! Cabinet doors were ripped/broken off and then just carefully placed back in a balancing act so I wouldn't notice till the movers left! Then got complains about not tipping when I was angry that they broke my $2000 dining table right in front of me and my $400 tv cabinet ! I even got signatures from the movers admitting they broke certain items yet apparently this wasn't enough for the company to reimburse me , claiming that I agreed on a certain insurance policy by simply replying to an e-mail when I first hired them! My hard wood floors were scratched in the old and new place and all together have damages worth $4300 !! Office staff and claims Departement extremely rude and are refusing to help me out in any way even though I have signatures, pictures and even original receipts of all items ! Stay as far away from this company as possible !
