Contracted them in June 2017 to remove 2 trees from my property and grind the stumps. It was also agreed upon that the wood be left for me to use for my stove. Trees were removed however the stumps were not and the wood was taken from my property. They advised that they would come back in approximately 2 weeks to remove stumps and that they'd bring me a load of firewood. They came back roughly a month after this due to mechanical problems with their grinder. However the grinder they came back with was was much too large to fit into my yard. I was then told they'd come back with a smaller grinder. This never occurred. They offered a refund (but did not specify an amount) or to finish the job at a later date due to being very behind schedule on their jobs. I declined the refund and advised that I preferred to have the stumps removed and the job finished. I reached out again 2 months later to inquire if they had caught up and could come by to grind the stumps, I did not receive a response. I reached out again 2 months later via text, email & phone and requested a partial refund, since the stump grinding was never done, again no response. I understand mechanical problems and delays and was very accommodating on this, but I don't think it's good business to stop responding to customers when a job was never finished. I'd appreciate it if someone would reach out to me to complete the job.
