Tranquility came to our rescue when our hot water tank was red tagged by a local plumbing company that couldn't find the parts to fix it. We called Tranquility and they were on it right away, installed a new heater within a day. I also might mention we live over an hour away. Nice to know they are there. Thanks Laura, Chris.
