The staff were friendly and knowledgeable in their product. They had lots of samples to take home. The customer service was great. They were very helpful. We had a bit of an issue with the carpet stretch, but they dealt with the issue right away. I would definitely use them again and have been using them for about 30 years now. I would highly recommend them.
