We didn't feel pressured to buy anything. We were allowed to take samples home at no cost. Installation was scheduled for two weeks after walking into the store (pretty great for around Christmas time!). Dan was professional and great to work with. He finished a 1,200 sq.ft. job in less than two days (by himself). I'd recommend him and Carpet Superstores to others!
