Between tenants, I decided to renovate a few "leftovers" in my downtown Calgary condo. Ensuite bathroom, wall repairs and paint, general kitchen fixes, screen door, laundry room door, etc. I called Local Renovations and spoke directly to Matt Ling. Matt replied immediately, courteously, and is very easy to get a hold of via email, text, or phone call. Local Reno's quoted out the job within two days of the initial call and had an estimate to me shortly after. Local Reno's came in at a reasonable price, and by the end of the project, came in well under budget! Because the renovation was conducted as new tenants were moving in, Matt and the rest of the team at Local Reno's had to schedule some of the work around the new tenants. Matt coordinated all of the work in order to make their lives easier, and the new tenants had nothing but good experiences with Matt and the team. During the project we ran into a few logistical issues with some of the hardware not working or fitting (I sourced and supplied the hardware), and Matt quickly took care of the ill-fitting parts by replacing them with the applicable pieces. As any problems were encountered, I was notified immediately and clearly told what several potential fixes could be, along with associated costs. The end product looks great, is exactly what I asked for, and was under budget. If you're looking for the same experience, I have no problem recommending Matt and the team at Local Renovations.
