I called Joe last summer during hot and humid weather when our AC stopped working. To make matters worse my young grandchildren had just arrived to stay for a few days. The house was sweltering. Joe came over that evening after finishing another job, he worked in the dark, and got the cooling operational again. I can't thank him enough for caring about his customer's comfort.
