Bought a sectional leather couch less than a month ago. When sitting down on the couch we heard the wood break. We're average sized people and we're not jumping on the couch! Called to have someone out to fix it were told that we needed to drive the couch back up to the store to be fixed. OUT OF POCKET! We live 2 hours from the store and had it delivered via moving company. We were told by sales reps that included in the cost of extended warranty was in home repair on ALL parts of the couch. DO NOT BUY FROM FURNITURE ALLEY! They'll tell you anything to sell you something!
