We received our tub to our place professionally crated. Upon installing it shortly after by a Certified installed, we came across two major issues, First the power supply cable to the central control was completely missing. Once we trouble shooted, Aaron from the Beauty Saunas, Calgary sent me the very important 3 foot cable and walked me thru the difficult hook up. It worked, but I was not happy missing such integral part. A secondary issue arose when testing and levelling. Seems between two drain pipes, there was a missing overflow tubing, which we experienced several small floods until I was able to fix myself. At this time, I was concerned about any damage to our freshly laid flooring, I didn't contact the company, as I was working hard to get the tub operational. In the end, we do ENJOY the tub, absolutely a joy to our family and my wife's body! I realize that these large units can come with problems, but the two that occurred, was a major inconvience. IF any one considers one, by all means, but definitely inspect and use the company supplier support your purchase.
